Sewing and Foam Production: The cutting and sewing of covers, along with foam cutting, are skillfully executed in Halluin (59).
'Mousse du Nord' Factory: Located in Neuville-en-Ferrain (59), this facility serves as the assembly hub for our products.

A responsible business that support sustainability
Home Spirit is deeply committed to environmental responsibility, a commitment that has been integral since its inception and further reinforced by the Grenelle Environment Roundtable.
The brand prioritizes sourcing from suppliers located near its plants, with 80% of purchases made within a 100km radius. This proximity significantly reduces CO2 emissions. Additionally, by maintaining its own manufacturing plants, products are directly integrated and assembled on-site.
Our manufacturing plant exclusively utilizes woods from responsibly managed forests, water-based glues, and recycles foam and wood scraps. Foam remnants are repurposed to fill cushions, while wood scraps are used as firewood.
The majority of our products feature removable covers, allowing customers to purchase extra covers for replacement in case of wear or desired fabric or color changes without replacing the entire frame.
Thanks to these initiatives, Mousse du Nord in Neuville-en-Ferrain has been awarded the NF Environment and NF Furniture labels.

Customization of our products
Besides the various available design of sofas, Home Spirit offers many options to customize and maximize the comfort of its products.
Covering: you can choose between 15 fabrics to cover your sofa: cotton, linen, velvet, leather...(for more information you can consult our fabric guide.
Shades: we offer a broad palette of colors (about 180), from cooler and brighter to warmer and darker colors, to satisfy all your desires.
Seat cushions: standard, Plumtex or Bultex.
Backrest cushions: filled with feathers or fibers and throw cushions.
Sofa bed option: most of our sofas are convertible.
We offer different options for the bedding: slats, Som'toile and mattress thickness (6, 10 or 14 cm).
